Which limit bites first
- Questions is the one most customers hit. It counts questions that are active; switching one off frees the slot immediately and keeps its history.
- Engines: Starter and Growth measure any 3 of the 5 self-serve assistants — you pick which ones in each project's settings. Scale and Agency measure all 5, every day. Beyond that, what differs is which assistants exist at all. Claude, Grok and Mistral are measured on Enterprise, where the price is agreed with us rather than printed on a card.
- Site reads — crawls and GEO audits — run up to 2 times a month each, per project. Both read somebody else's website, and that has a courtesy limit. Started a crawl with the wrong scope? Stop it - within the first 20% of your plan's pages it does not count.
- Credits only limit agent work, AI actions in the content studio, audits and crawls. They never stop measurement.
- History is how far back your charts go. Older data is not deleted — it becomes visible again if you move up a plan.
- MCP and API start at Growth.
Trial
7 days, all 5 assistants, 10 questions and machine access on. A card is required to start, and you are not charged until the trial ends.
Changing plan
Upgrades apply immediately and you are charged the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If a downgrade puts you over a limit — more questions than the new plan allows — you choose which ones stay active rather than having them dropped for you.
