Your team
Inviting people, what they can do, and how seats are counted
Seats
A seat is one person with access to your workspace. Plans include Starter 2, Growth 10, Scale unlimited.
Invitations that have not been accepted count against the limit, so a seat cannot be quietly held open by an invite nobody used. Removing someone frees their seat at once.
Inviting
In Settings → Members, enter an email address and send the invitation. They sign in with Google or with a magic link — there is no password to set up or share.
Three roles
- Owner — everything, including billing.
- Admin — everything except billing.
- Member — reads the data, cannot start paid work.
Everyone sees the same projects and the same numbers — the difference is what they can spend. A member can read every screen, export a CSV and follow what the agent did, but cannot start the agent, a crawl or an audit, because each of those draws on your credits. Only the owner reaches billing.
That check runs on the server, not in the interface: a member who finds the button anyway gets a refusal, not a charge.
You invite people as admins or members. Ownership moves by changing a role, not by sending an invitation.
Agencies and multiple brands
Projects are not limited by plan, so one workspace can hold as many client brands as you track questions for. The limits that bind are questions and engines, both counted across the whole workspace.
For agencies running genuinely separate reporting per client, a separate workspace per client keeps histories and access clean — ask us and we will set up billing across them.
