Terms of Service
Last updated: 16.09.2026
1. Who we are
These Terms govern the use of https://getscorra.com and https://app.getscorra.com (the "Service") and the purchase of Scorra subscriptions.
- Provider: THE Clarity Mateusz Rzetecki, ul. Rolnicza 59A/58, 93-328 Lodz, Poland, NIP 6681926166, contact: support@getscorra.com.
- Brand: Scorra (https://getscorra.com).
- Consumer: an individual purchasing for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
2. What the Service does
Scorra measures how AI assistants describe a brand. For the prompts you configure, we send queries to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews from the market you select, record the answers, and turn them into metrics: visibility, share of voice, position, sentiment, and the sources cited in those answers.
Measurement is continuous: most assistants are queried every day and Claude weekly, because one Claude answer costs many times the others. The Service also includes an agent that drafts content, audits your site and prepares recommendations from the measured data.
This is a subscription, billed monthly or annually. What a plan limits - tracked prompts, assistants, seats, how far back the screens look, and access over MCP and the API - is shown in the pricing section before purchase.
3. Trial
A Scorra trial lasts 7 days with every assistant switched on. A payment method is required to start it. Cancel before day 7 and nothing is charged; if you do not cancel, the first billing period of the plan you selected starts automatically at the price shown when you signed up.
4. Payments - Paddle as Merchant of Record
Payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd or the relevant Paddle entity).
Paddle is the Merchant of Record. You purchase from Paddle, and Paddle:
- takes payment and charges your payment method, including any applicable taxes,
- issues receipts and invoices,
- handles refunds and payment queries (see the Refund Policy at https://getscorra.com/legal/refunds).
By subscribing you also accept Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms
Current plans are Starter ($85/month), Growth ($219/month), Scale ($439/month); annual billing is charged once per year at the rate shown at checkout. Assistants beyond the 3 included in a plan are a flat monthly add-on at the rate shown before purchase.
5. Credits
Credits pay for work you ask for: agent sessions, site crawls, audits and content generation. One credit costs $0.02 when bought outside a plan, in packs of 1,000.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, renewed at the start of each billing period.
- Unused credits roll over while the subscription is active.
- Daily measurement never consumes credits. It runs on your plan, so a zero balance does not interrupt it - a day that was not measured cannot be measured later.
- Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between workspaces.
6. Cancellation and right of withdrawal (Consumers)
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Service is made available immediately, by starting to use it before that period ends you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once supply has begun, to the extent permitted by law. Refunds outside this rule are described in the Refund Policy.
7. Your obligations
- You confirm that you are entitled to request measurement of the domains and brands you configure, and that the prompts you enter do not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
- You do not enter other people's personal data into prompts without a legal basis.
- You do not attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the Service, circumvent its limits, security or payment mechanisms, or use it to build a competing service.
- An unjustified chargeback is a breach of these Terms; we may pursue the amount owed and suspend access.
8. Limits, fair use and availability
Plan limits are enforced by the Service. Where a limit is reached, the Service says so on screen and keeps measuring what is already configured - we do not stop measurement you have already paid for.
We may suspend a workspace that abuses the Service in a way that threatens its operation, after telling you what the problem is, except where immediate suspension is necessary.
9. What we do not promise
- The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- AI answers are non-deterministic. The same prompt can produce different answers on different days. We report what we measured; we do not warrant that a result is reproducible or that it matches what every user of that assistant sees.
- Dependence on third parties. The assistants we measure (including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity) and our suppliers (including DataForSEO, Paddle, Vercel, Neon) are external systems. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or policy decisions.
- No guarantee of results. We do not promise that your visibility will improve, or any specific ranking, placement or business outcome.
- Agent output is a draft. Everything the agent writes is saved as a draft and is never published or sent anywhere on its own. You are responsible for reviewing it before use, including checking figures and claims.
- No professional advice. Nothing in the Service is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue or data, business interruption, or consequences of decisions taken on the basis of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing here excludes a Consumer's mandatory statutory rights or liability for intentionally caused damage.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, layout and content are protected. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the Service and its outputs for your own business purposes, including publishing content the agent drafted for you.
Measurements about your own brand are yours: you can export them as CSV at any time.
11. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at https://getscorra.com/legal/privacy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms for good reason - a change in the law, in what the Service does, or in our suppliers. For subscribers we announce material changes by email before they take effect, and the period already paid for is governed by the version in force when it started.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence are unaffected. EU consumers may use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
