Refund Policy
Last updated: 16.09.2026
1. Who issues refunds
Paddle is our Merchant of Record, so refunds are processed by Paddle. Ask us at support@getscorra.com or use the support link in your receipt - either way the money is returned by Paddle to the payment method you used.
2. Trial
The trial lasts 7 days. A payment method is required to start it, and nothing is charged if you cancel before day 7. If you forget to cancel and are charged for the first period, write to us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full, provided the workspace has not used credits beyond the trial allowance.
3. Subscriptions
- First payment: if the Service does not do what the pricing page said it does, write within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals: a renewal can be refunded within 7 days of the charge if the workspace has not used the new period's credits. Cancelling later stops the next renewal but does not refund the period already running.
- Annual plans: within 14 days of the charge we refund in full. Afterwards we do not refund the remainder of a year, but you may cancel so that it does not renew.
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; we do not refund the difference for the current period.
4. Credits
Credit packs bought separately are refundable within 14 days, for the unused part, at the price paid. Credits included in a plan are part of the subscription and are not refunded separately.
Credits are consumed by work you asked for: an agent session, a crawl, an audit. Work that failed for a reason on our side is refunded in credits automatically; if it was not, tell us and we will correct the balance.
5. When something is broken
If a technical fault on our side prevented the Service from measuring, or from doing work you paid for, we refund the affected amount or extend the period, whichever you prefer. A failed measurement is never charged to your credits.
6. What we do not refund
- periods already used, where the Service worked as described,
- charges older than the windows above, except where the law requires otherwise,
- work the agent completed and delivered as a draft, on the ground that you did not like the result - tell us instead and we will look at the session.
7. Consumers
Nothing here limits a Consumer's mandatory statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal described in the Terms of Service. Where those rights give you more than this policy, they apply.
