Affiliate Programme Terms

1. Who we are

These Terms govern participation in the Scorra affiliate programme.

• Affiliate: you, once we accept your application.

Accepting these Terms does not create employment, a partnership, an agency or a joint venture. You act in your own name and at your own cost.

2. Joining

The programme is selective. You apply, we read the application, and we may decline without giving a reason. Nothing is owed to you before we accept you, and an application is not an acceptance.

Your affiliate account becomes active when we mark it active. Before that, clicks on your link are not counted - the link works as an address, but no referral is recorded. Do not distribute it until your account is active.

3. Your link and how a referral is attributed

You receive a unique link (https://getscorra.com/r/your-code). You may add your own campaign label to it.

• Clicking your link stores a cookie in that browser for 60 days.
• If, within that window, the person creates a Scorra account, that account is attributed to you.
• The last link clicked wins. If the person clicks another affiliate link after yours and signs up within that window, the referral belongs to the other affiliate.
• An account is attributed once and does not change owner afterwards.
• Attribution depends on the cookie. Someone who blocks cookies, clears them, or signs up on a different device or browser cannot be attributed, and we do not reconstruct attribution by any other means.

4. Commission

For each account attributed to you, you earn 15% of every payment that account makes to us for 12 months, counted from that first payment - not from the click and not from the signup.

• Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, after any discount and before tax. Tax passes through us to the tax authority and is not part of your commission.
• Trials earn nothing. Commission starts with the first real payment.
• Commission is calculated in US dollars. A payment made in another currency does not generate commission automatically; tell us and we will settle it manually.
• The rate and duration agreed when you joined are yours for as long as you remain in the programme. If we change the offer for new affiliates, your terms do not change with it.

5. When you get paid

Each commission goes through three states, visible in your panel:

1. Counted - the payment came through and the commission is calculated. It waits at least 30 days, because a refund or chargeback can still arrive.
2. Approved - the waiting period passed and we confirm the amount is due.
3. Paid - the transfer has been made, with a reference you can see.

Payouts are made on request, once your approved balance reaches $50. Below that the amount carries over. You issue an invoice or another settlement document agreed with us; we pay within 30 days of receiving it.

You are responsible for your own taxes and contributions, including VAT where it applies to you. We do not withhold anything on your behalf and we do not advise you on your tax situation.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

If a payment is refunded or charged back:

• a commission that is still counted or approved is cancelled,
• a commission already paid is deducted from your next payout.

We do not pursue you for a negative balance after you leave the programme.

7. What you must not do

Doing any of the following ends your participation and forfeits commission generated by it:

• Bidding on our brand in paid search - "Scorra", its misspellings, or our domain, in any ad network. This sells us a customer who was already ours.
• Referring yourself, your own company, or accounts you control.
• Unsolicited messages. No spam, no scraped lists, no bought databases, in any channel.
• Misrepresenting the product - inventing features, results or prices, or presenting yourself as Scorra, its employee or its official representative.
• Paying people to click your link, or placing it where the click is not a genuine interest in the product.
• Cookie stuffing, forced redirects, iframes, browser extensions, toolbars, or any technique that sets the referral without a deliberate click.
• Using our name in a domain you own, or in a social account name that could be taken for ours.

You may say that you use Scorra and describe it truthfully, including its limitations. We would rather you wrote what it does not do than have a reader find out later.

8. Our brand

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Scorra name and logo to promote the Service, in the form we provide, for as long as you are in the programme. That right ends when your participation ends.

9. Data

You see what you earn: clicks, referred accounts, commissions and their status. You do not see who the referred customers are - not their name, domain or email. Those are our customers and they did not agree to a third party learning that they buy from us.

Data you receive about your own referrals may be used to run your participation in the programme and for nothing else.

10. Suspension and ending

• You may leave at any time by telling us. Approved commissions are paid; counted commissions finish their waiting period and are paid if they survive it.
• We may suspend or end your participation at any time, with notice by email. On suspension, new clicks and referrals stop being counted; commissions already counted stay and are settled normally - unless they came from conduct described in section 7.
• Ending the programme does not cancel the subscriptions of customers you referred. They remain our customers on their own terms.

11. Liability

We provide the programme as it is. We are not liable for lost profit, for referrals lost because a browser blocked cookies, for technical faults outside our control, or for your costs of promotion. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable law.

12. Changes

We may change these Terms. We will tell you by email at least 14 days before a change takes effect, and the change will not apply retroactively to commissions already counted. Your commission rate and duration are not changed by a change to these Terms - they were fixed when you joined.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes go to the court having jurisdiction over the address of the Provider, unless mandatory law says otherwise. If you take part as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights apply regardless of anything written here.
