Your first measurement
From an empty account to a dashboard with numbers, in about a day
Before you start
The trial runs for 7 days and includes 10 tracked questions, all 6 assistants and 500 credits. A card is required to start it — you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before that.
1. Create a project
A project is one brand in one market. Give it your domain and pick the country and language your buyers search in — the same question gets a different answer in Germany than in Poland, and mixing them makes both numbers meaningless.
Scorra reads your website and proposes the topics your buyers research, the questions worth tracking, and the competitors already appearing in the answers. Everything it proposes is editable, and you should edit it: nobody knows your buyers better than you.
2. Choose your questions
Questions are the whole measurement. Track what a buyer types before they know your name — best CRM for small teams, alternatives to X — not your brand name. Brand questions are worth a couple of slots to watch your reputation, no more.
Your plan sets how many can be active at once (10 on trial, 50 on Starter). Turning a question off frees the slot and keeps its history.
3. Pick assistants
New projects start on 3 assistants, and you can select any of the 6. More assistants means more queries per day, which is why plans include a number of them rather than all.
4. Watch the first run
The first run starts within minutes: the queue is ordered by how long ago a project was last measured, so a project that has never run goes to the front. After that it runs once a day.
One day gives you a picture, a week gives you a trend, and the trend is the product. Do not judge the tool on day one — judge the direction on day seven.
