Looker Studio connector

Your measurements as a Looker Studio data source, day by day

What it gives you

The Scorra connector adds your measurements to Looker Studio as a data source, so you can build your own reports and dashboards next to your other data. Four tables, each day by day and split by assistant:

TableWhat is in it
Brands by dayYour brand and every competitor: visibility, share of voice, average position, mentions
Project by dayYour headline numbers: visibility, share of voice, sentiment, brand strength, mentions, citations
Cited websites by dayWebsites the assistants cite, and whether it is your own
Answers by questionEvery measured answer: question, topic, assistant, whether your brand was named and where

Connecting

  1. Create an organization key in Settings → Organization API keys.
  2. Open Settings → Integrations → Data Studio and click Open the Scorra connector in Looker Studio.
  3. Authorize the connector, paste the key, then pick the table and the project.
  4. Add one data source per table you need. Pick the date range in the report — up to a year at a time.

Cost

Each data refresh uses 1 credit from your balance. Looker Studio keeps data for up to 12 hours, so opening the same report again does not use more. With an empty balance the report stops refreshing until you top up; nothing is lost.

When something does not work

  • "Your Scorra API key is invalid or expired" — issue a new organization key and enter it by editing the data source.
  • "Your Scorra credit balance is empty" — top up credits; the report refreshes on its own.
  • "This report would return … rows" — one refresh returns up to 100,000 rows. Choose one project or a shorter date range.
  • The connector is not available — it needs a plan with machine access (MCP and API).
